Are the submitted “. . . copies of [candidate’s] scholarly and/or creative activity . . .” to include materials that can be used in reviewing teaching effectiveness? Where’s the connection between the college’s “. . . most important . . .” criterion and A) the role of the external reviewer; and B) the type of materials to be submitted to her or him?
