Sisters and Brothers:
I have attached the DSI list as a pdf. A couple things to keep in mind:
1) UUP members don’t decide who gets a DSI, Management does, so please don’t blame your fellow UUPers for the size or availability of a DSI award.
2) DSI monies were used for promotions, merit and other salary equity issues. These are not delineated in the list we receive. If you receive a DSI and want to know how it was allocated, check your employment record through the Human Resources log-in.
3) Contract negotiations are still on-going, so there will not be any further salary changes until the new contract is in place. I will update everyone as we hear more from Albany.
